i always have a couple of organic raw ACV in my kitchen. i have been taking acv for many years, not everyday but occasionally when i feel ill or when i eat the wrong foods (food poisoning....). i also realized that acv can help with insomia. i think acv has the power of detox and clear your system from bad foods and as you said it has a natural antibacterial properties then it help with flu and cold of course. i was pre-diabetic years ago and i believe my blood sugar dropped to normal recently because of the acv intake. i also recommend the organic raw and cold pressed coconut oil that recently is used to treat HIV patients for severe wounds and skin disease. please check on the web for more information. Both, acv and coconut oil do have same properties to heal and do good to your body and they are natural and inexpensive.
