ACV made my gout worse...

by King
(Hong Kong)

During my first gout attack, I was in so much pain that I desperately scoured the internet for alternative cures as the colchicine that I was prescribed did absolutely nothing to help alleviate the pain. I was so intrigued by stories that I had read about the healing powers of ACV that I decided to give it a try. To my amazement, I found myself in even more pain; it had spread from just to my left to toe to my entire left foot and as a result I could not walk for a whole week. ACV may be a miracle cure for some but please exercise with caution as it does not work for everyone.

ACV with Honey was the KEY!
by: Megan

I have been using ACV daily as my gout is a little medication-related as well as my food choices and maybe a bit of overindulgence. I picked up Braggs ACV with honey. I had only been using it 1x a day. last night when I was reading this I noticed you had mentioned 2x a day at onset. GAME CHANGER! I also drank a lot of water yesterday along with the 2X a day and woke today with far less symptoms. I have to say if you follow this you may find you avoid future flare-ups.

its not fake news just your opinion
by: Peter

Hi Godwin,

You cant call ACV fake news, this is just your opinion. If it didn't work for you then fine, it worked for me. I don't own shares in anything to monetise the fact that ACV worked for me.I don't get anything out of this at all.
This site is based on what worked for me and other people.

When I first had an attack of gout it took me on a path of experimentation looking at what worked for me and writing about it.
You have written in this website before, why don't you add what has worked for you??
and then people may try it and if it doesn't work for them then so be it.

If the medicine is all that works for you then that is ok. At least you tried, diet changes, reduction of the ph in your blood remedies, exercise and fasting, increased water intake etc.
This site is not fake news.... nice presidential pun indeed.

I wish you well in the future.

ACV has very poor results.
by: Godwin Symons

As a very serious gout sufferer I have extensiveky tried ACV. It does not work. Along with 99% of other natural prophylactics and cures, they are pseudo remedies at best. I disagree strongly with most people on this site and others spreading fake cures and the likes for gout cures.
If all tbese natural remedies worked the miracles most claim on this site, why then are there the normal medical cures that are tested and reliable all be it with a few side effects ? Please guys, stop spreading fake reports on this matter. It is terribly misleading and causes untold unnecessary pain and misery on gout suffers.

ACV for Gout
by: Peter

Hi King,
Unfortunately, it seems you used ACV at a very late stage of your gout attack. So it was probably going to get worse anyway. ACV helps by affecting the blood Ph levels. It does help most people but you need to brush your teeth asap after taking it as it affects the enamel of the teeth plus can affect any stomach issues you may have.
