after 2 years OF TAKING ACV, GOUT IS GONE ,NO MORE ACID REFLUX, I DRINK LIKE 1 LITER OF WINE DAILY WICH I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO UNLEES A LOT OF SUFFERING WITHOUT ACV, THAT AND SO MUCH MORE, ALSO TRY VIRGIN COCONUT OIL, IT'S PURE MAGIC

I'M NOW ON AN ALL MEAT AND LOTS OF ALCOHOL DIET, GOUT IS GONE. GOUT WAS FLARING UP IN GREAT-TOE, ANKLE AND KNEE WHEN I WAS EATING VEGETARIAN. just wanted you folks to laugh.
truth is and seriously, i have not had a gout attack in 12 months since eliminating meat and alcohol from my diet. not what you wanted to hear but eliminating meat and alcohol worked for me. good luck friends, hope you are gout free.
