ACV Can help reduce Tophi
by: Frank T

ACV can help reduce your Gout and Tophi.
It can not be counted upon to reduce a large tophi in your foot. A tophi if left long term can damage tissue and joints. Surgery is one of the better solutions. You should seek advice from a doctor and a podiatrist.
There are other methods I have heard of:
SOAK YOUR FOOT IN WARM WATER AND ACV regularly at night.
Palma Christi ( castor oil )wrap the affected area regularly there is an article on this website.

Best to speak to a doctor first though.
