About 5 days ago I had a lot of red wine at a party. The next day I started to get pain in my right knee. My left ankle soon started to swell up and became painful to walk. By the third day I could hardly walk. I started taking Aleve to relieve the pain on the second day. I went on the internet and read about ACV. I took three glasses of water with two table spoons of ACV in each glass each of the last two days. I stopped taking Aleve yesterday. Today I am walking pain free. Previously when I had gotten gout, I would have it for a couple of weeks and it was very painful. I really think this may be the answer for me. I am a believer.
