Apple Cider Vinegar works for gout

by Penny

My husband has gout for over 6 years. we have been to numerous doctors and tried many different treatments to reduce the pain and swelling. He has cut out everything from prawn, beer and alcohol for fear of attack. Just the other day, when he had a glass of wine and started to feel the tingling on his foot, i gave him the apple cider (1 tablespoon) and honey (half tablespoon) mix with warm water to make half a cup of shot, he drank it and he did not get the gout attack at all. Apple cider vinegar works for him. I would like to share this story so others with gout will be encourage to try this remedy. Good health to all!
