Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar for Gout

I started taking the ACV as advised above (1 tb with 1tb water 1 tb honey) but because I work and am very busy, I kept forgetting or I was at work and didn't have it to take after my breakfast or lunch. Someone told me to take 2TB ACV in 8 oz water when I arose in the morning. That helped me tremendously. I don't have the gout feelings anymore. Sometimes I take another dose in the evening if: I walked on the treadmill at the fat-burning heartrate (129-149 for me) for 30 minutes to burn fat because when you burn fat, uric acid is released from the fat into the blood stream and makes you saturated again with uric acid. When your blood stream is saturated with uric acid, the overload is stored in fat. Then, when you burn the fat, it is released back into the blood stream and it's a viscious cycle of gout. Taking the extra ACV alkalizes your system and stops the gout attacks/buildup. I have been taking ACV since Jan 2011 and it's awesome!
