Burdock helps

by Jim
(Aurora, Colorado)

I learned about using Burdock for gout from a computer program called "Herbal Guide". It does not necessarily alleviate symptoms but it decreases the length of an attack considerably. I used to get attacks that lasted 2 weeks and with Burdock they only lasted 3 days. I just took the recommended dosage after 1 mega-dose (6 capsules all at once) until the gout cleared up. The downside is I found out it may have been the cause of elevating my billirubin count considerably. This is supposedly bad for you (hard on your liver?).
