Cherry juice as well as ACV

by Veronica
(Los Angeles, Ca)

I had my first attack a few weeks ago,,,I downed a 32 oz bottle of pure cherry juice (within a 24 hr period). I ate a couple servings of fresh organic pineapple, organic blueberries, and 2 bananas and lots of water along with small meals during that day. I also took an advil for the pain because WOW that hurt! I kept my foot elevated and put ice on it a couple of times that evening. Also it's important to keep up your Calcium, magnesium and potassium during an attack. The next day my foot was a lot better and I continued treatment...the day after that hardly any symptoms. I've continued a glass or 2 of cherry juice since then and added ACV, which is good for so many things ,,,actually so is cherry juice..I get a little tingle here & there but that lets me know to pay closer attention.. I never went to my doctor.
