When I drink coffee I don't drink enough water to replace the fluids lost threw Urination. This is when the pain starts to work into the joint of its choice due to dehydration. If I catch it in time I can stop the attack. If I don't watch what I eat at that moment I can have an attack in 3-6 hours. (When you feel it coming on drink water and lots of natural cherry juice)
