hi i also suffer with gout and live in leeds west yorkshire,i have been taking voltarol joint and pain eze tablets, and they are great they work very quick, but you must eat something first, i like a beer and need to find an alternative cure as i dont like taking tablets, i am going to try vitamin c tablets but not every day and see what happens, ps anyone in the same town who suffers we should start a gout get together club, hence off course beer is involved, we only want the cure.

use a little of the acv in your cooking,dilute it if you want to drink it. they also have acv pills. increase water intake,low amounts of meat, grass fed organic, will be much better than regular. no more than 4 oz a day. tart cherries help. colchicine worked very fast for me.

Hi Jon,

You should use organic Apple cider to combat your gout. many other forms have been treated and much of the goodness has been taken out of it. Organic ACV can easily be found in England, but it should have Mother in it ( cloudy stuff at the bottom ) as this is where much of the goodness is. It will still taste awful though.
