Gout Definitely Stress-Related

I've had very minor symptoms (soreness, redness) for a few years. Recently, after a very stressful online argument, I developed a full-blown gout episode within hours. I was incapacitated for 24 hours. There were no changes in my diet or lifestyle that could have triggered the episode.

Stress might be a factor!
by: Godwin Symons

There is definately no proof of what can trigger a gout attack. Sorry you are suffering. An almost dead cert way of controling the gout from the onset. Take Cimitedine 400mg, maxinun daily dose combined with a teaspoon of Epsom Salts daily. All a bit unconventional but it works. Don't fall for the natural remedies. I have spent thousands of $ on them and none work! Good luck. From Godwin. [email protected]
