I'm 33 and when I was 24 I got my first case of gout in my right foot big toe man it hurt i am a non drinker and don't eat allot of red meats but I am a shrimp nut so thats where I believe it came from. It would come and go twice a year I got the meds and only took them when in pain well 4 years go by and no gout I think finally rid of it at 33 I now believe I have it in my heel on top of my foot its hurt for a week now the meds are expired and the doc is three weeks out Im wondering if any one else has ever had it in their heel and what it felt like I'm trying to see if it is gout or something else boy does it feel like gout thanks to all who reply dan
