I think you are right about the conclusion. I am 38, vegetarian, not overweight and do not consume alchohol. I has my first gout attack 5 days back. Its getting better now. I feel the only change in my life style was my ability to handle the stress and manage my anger. I heading a construction project and things are comming together as this is the final stage. I had strong anger bursts 3-4 times in last 15 days. I feel some how your body sense it and reciprocate to it in its own fashion.

TENS MACHINE work. The simple ones are $30 or so. And if anything goes wrong including dropping it they give you another. The TENS electrical stimulus
