4 bouts with gout.
The first was brutal. it was brought on by beer consumption and poor diet. I though i had broke my foot and could not recall when or how, so i chalked it up to a drunken injury. The symptoms were quick to disappear with no combat treatment from me. A quick attack......... maybe 2 days. (foot only)
The second was horrible and lasted longer. I was unable to walk for two days. This time i new something was wrong and did some online research and realized this was gout. So i tried baking soda and apple cider vinegar tricks. it all worked in about 4 - 5 days. i was hoping for quicker results. (entire foot and ankle)
The third was quick and minor. Lasted 2 days and i could cope. (arch and heel)
Two weeks after attack #3 came the pain. Holy cow, something is really wrong. the worst by far. definitely brought on by alcohol and poor diet. I am on day 4 and it feels like it is getting worse. I am going to try the ACV and will let you know how it works.
