Gout non stop for a year now

I have had gout for a full year now with NO relief my Uric acid level is 10.5...the first Dr I saw took crystals from my big toe and said he had never seen so many crystals in any other patient.....so why are NO gout meds working for me

I have been to several Drs..all specialists...

Every Dr says "this is so unusual" I am so frustrated hearing this.

I have been on prednisone and had medpacks and IV doses of prednisone... Still no relief and still so swollen cannot wear a shoe, Drs are confused as why the steroids are not helping the swelling.

I have tried allupurinol, colchicine, indocin, gabapentin.. Humira and anakinra shots...NOTHING has worked. they tried Keflex thinking maybe i had an infection... No change at all Im at my wits end.

I have been to podiatrists, orthopedic dr, rheumatoligists...I have been from NH to Boston....Mass. General is where Ive been for 2 mths.... They are bewildered and I'm in terrible pain working everyday ....
I feel they are looking in the wrong place but they are the Drs and make the decisions.
My wife is afraid this is all being caused by something else going on in my body but without Drs agreeing and doing other tests I do not know what to do.

Any ideas on what I can try next is greatly appreciated....or if anyone has had a similar experience please share with me.
