I just started it today 9th May 2011

I am suffering from gout for almost 3 years now... frequent attack 2-3months on the knee, foot , ankle.. sometimes it happens at the same time. My remedy.. I took colchecine and a pain reliever.. then wait for another 3 days and pain and swollen goes off... Hope this one works now... and see the effects..... anyway thanks for the information on this site..

Hi Olga,
Please update this site so we can see your progress.
Also remember to clean your teeth after using ACV due to its acidity affecting your enamel. Also take note of any indigestion as acv can effect you this way.
