IT the first I have gout I thought I had broken my toe till the girl I work with mention it could be gout and I was still drinking beer . I research gout so stop drinking beer and read about the apple cider vinegar treatment Last night I took about 3 oz. straight up taste not so bad after 4 night total pain it was the first night I was able to sleep it was like magic. But it make sense you have to much of one acid so you use a other one to neutralize in your blood the one it hurt you anyway .It work pain is over and I will include that in my daily diet
