I had gout just before Christmas 2010. My GP prescribed me Colchicine. Which worked but took time, and also you can't take colchicine for more than two days. So my gout never completely went and kept coming back with a vengeance. I was told by a lady friend of mine that her uncle suffers from gout and he takes cider vinegar with hot water. One morning I woke up with a terrible gout attack in my right foot, I couldn't walk.I didn't have cider vinegar so I substituted it with white wine vinegar in a mug of hot water with a bit lemon squeezed in it. And guess what! I felt the difference within 30 minutes.Then I had another mug of it. My pain completely went. I started walking freely. I was astonished that I was suffering for four weeks and got rid of it in such a short time. I also had a knee problem. Old sports related injury which surfaced last year. My knee locked up when I used to bend it. Even that injury heeled and I can now freely bend my problem knee. I thought I needed a key hole surgery. There yo go! |
