Hello there!!
I am now 38 and suffer with acute gout for the last 13 years,I have tried all the medication available yet none of theme really work for me.This artical on gout related to stress is very true,practically every time I am stressed i get gout. What is interesting is something that de-stresses such as good news on work or a boost in a relationship maybe a win of money will always give gout the big heave ho. If you suffer from gout than treat yourself good and avoid stress :-] regards adam.

Hi there
Just a quick one to say two years later have found that drinking the juice of one freshly squeezed lemon with some warm water every morning really has helped me :]

This is so true. So now the question is
do we have a mental problem? or were we
just dealt a bad hand and dont have it easy!
