I have just had my first gout attack. My father had it so I tried cider vinegar and sour cherry juice which gave relief after three days although I had to buy a pair of crutches to walk with.
I am terrified that I will have another flare up and am worried that I will eat something by mistake, I have read much conflicting information which is unhelpful. I will keep with cider vinegar as I feel generally much better for it. The bicarbonate is a bit sodium isn’t it?
