He says there is only 1 disease, 2 causes, and 6 ways of living to ensure health.
1 disease - cellular malfunction,
2 causes - deficiency of nutrients and toxins - eat 80% raw food,avoid dairy products, white flour, sugar, processed foods and trans-oils,
Pathways to navigate -
mental - be positive, relax
physical- get excercise
genetic - follow 1 st 4 pathways to avoid genetic problems
medical - wheverever possible, do not take medication - it's toxic.
