I was diagnosed with Gout March 23 and immediately went on line to find a home remedy, I started ACV 3/24, I will keep writing as I feel how it works for me.

Once I read the symptoms, I realized my son and mother have gout as well. I already spread the word and will inform as I hear back from them. Thanks for the information. Olga

Hi Terry
I started the ACV and it was like rain in a hot day, I have been able to sleep wothout the fever that so often acconpanied me every night for years. I can tell you ACV works, and I bought it of the shelf in the supermarket, no organic. My son said ACV worked for him in 24 hrs, his pain is gone and so the swollen red and feverish around his heal and toes. God is good.

I was diagnosed in January, 2011 with Gout. Found this site first thing and it was so informative and helpful. I am trying to do the ACV twice a day...(it doesn't work well after eating milk with cereal for me).

I found a registered dietitian online and got a diet plan from her so I can lose weight. It helped me cope.
