Hi, my name is Keith and i am currently suffering from gout. My left arch, and ankle are swollen and causing great discomfort. I just "stumbled" on to your site. I have Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) with "mothers" in the house and I am going to try this immediately! Nothing else seems to work and I need to walk! Thank you for your stories. I hope to experience the same levels of success you have reported here.
