stress at work

Stress at work is gradually getting worse and today I had the worst one with my boss. MY foot started to ache after the encounter and now the side of my foot is painful--all within a few short hours.

It may not be Gout, but it is sure presenting like it. Home from work--will see what tomorrow brings.
