Drink more water till your urine becomes less yellow...If you have gout....become the gout expert...stay away from Beer/wine-if you have gout you can't over dose on beer and wine like you used to!.....Beware of sea food buffets...shell fish will bring you to your knees.I used to run 50 miles every week i miss being in that kind of shape and 70 lbs lighter...maybee some daY i WILL GET BACK TO MY RUNNING WEIGHT OF 134 LBS (2 LBS PER INCH IN HEIGHT...I can only hope!.....................Hasta Jacques Navarre

Hi, I am getting gout attacks in my toe and knees the same time and it is not good at all. I realizes that it is not the intake of alcohol but the less exersise you do and deffnitley drink more water with any intake of drinks helps you to avoid getting more gout attacks. Well it helps me a lot because I get gout attacks until I can't move for three days and as you know by then it is too late you must sit with the pain until you treat it. I hope this will helps anyone with high gout attacks.
