My name is Mubarak and my family is having gout problem . So automatically i am also having this problem for 8 years . I am now 27 years old . Really if i take an egg , it attacks me very quickly , specially if i am having omelet including onions so it attacks me very severely . So i am taking sometimes allomprinol and sometimes colchicine . But really it doesn't finish really , every time i am having this problem . i don't know how i can get rid of this problem. yeah i forgot to mention that i take sometimes baking soda also .

Every doctor that I have spoken with says you need to take Allpurinol every day. You can’t take it and then stop taking it and then start again. If you do you will have more gout attacks.
I know people who have been on that medication for over 30 years and have had no side effects. I personally experience my salivary gland’s swell. So I cannot take it.

Hi Mubarak,

speak with a doctor and get a blood test to see if our uric acid levels are high. If they are not then you may have some other form of Arthritis.
Many readers of his website get gout from Eggs and also chicken so this could well be related.
Drink plenty of water before and after you eat to try and flush you uric acid out of your system.
