This worked for my Gout

by Ron
(Thailand)

After feeling numbnees in my left toe and right thigh i went to see a doctor. I had a blood test that showed elevated levels of uric acid. S he i was borderline. She told me of the things to stay away from beer , red wine , shell fish, ect. So i stop eating or drinking the types of things she told me about. Ive gone back for a blood test a few times after i stop, but my uric acid levels were still high. I should mention i live six months of the year in Thailand. I found a home remedy here its basically lemongrass tea. Its easy to get lemongrass here so i make it by boiling it in water with another thai herb called bai toey , its also know as pandan leaf. Its really all about the lemongrass the bai toey makes it taste better. Ive been drinking about four cups a day for about six weeks. Got my blood results back today my uric acid levels were down in the normal range. I thought this might be the case because i stopped having any symptoms weeks ago. I did get around to looking this upon the internet a few days ago. They do mention some of the benefits of lemongrass , and fighting gout happen to be one of them. Hope this helps someone.
