i am 43 years old. i have been suffering from attack of spine gout since long. please tell me about this

To determine if it is gout on the spine, you would need to seek medical advice. You will need a uric acid blood test and possibly an Xray to see if there is a gouty deposit on your spine. Also a MRI may be required.
But seek medical attention to determine the exact problem lease.
