ACV i have found that it also works just soaking your area.took the whimper pain right out,of what id call a severe bout. 1 cup acv,3 cup water,pan big enough for your foot and wash cloth keep cold...unbelieveable

amazing - apple cider vinegar and gout

works on outside and inside. My gf has acne and don't believe me that it will cure acne my coffee drinking buddy has ongoin gout and also won't give a thought to using acv. Yet thousands of products promise relief tried many min relief many money acv worked in just days weeks and months later no gout. Yet not many believe. Because only users tell the media doesn't tell. Thus we users still in millions knoW.
