Follow up RE: NSAIDS side effects + Baking Soda treatment for Gout!

by Tyler
(SLC, UT)

After using baking soda for 3 days (4 tsp's throughout the day) my gout cleared up. I haven't had any other twinges or pains since. I have also cut out excess meat from my diet. It was hard as I love a good steak, but I think it is only helping. I told my doc that the baking soda worked and he called it a "wives tale", I told him it most surely worked for me. I am going to experiment with beer soon because without beer the world is a bleaker place ;) I will post up after I find out what might work and what didn't work. Thanks again to Peter for a wonderful web site.
