I have been to the emergency room twice in the last year with gout attacks in the right big toe. A couple weeks ago was the last time. I had two shots and indomethacin with no effect in the emergency room and was sent home with colchicine to take every hour and indomethacine 3 times a day. I did that for a day and got relief but had the worst diarhea I ever had for a day. Some days later the problem came back in a more mild form. I heard about baking soda and tried it and got relief after about three doses. The next day I took one dose and have had good results. The drugs have serious side effects also. Possible internal bleeding diahrea etc. Last year I got a stomach ulcer from the medication I was given. I felt no ill effects from the baking soda. At this point it seems like a miracle solution. It seems if taken occasionally it is less risky than the drugs. Caution is advisable though. Make your own decision. I mentioned it to a drugest and they didn't mention any dangers. Consult your doctor for possible problems.

The FDA is run by crooks from big pharma and they don't mind approving unsafe medications that harm and kill tens of thousands of people every year. Yet
