Mr. Dotman - Baking soda & Ibuprofen for gout

by Jim
(Cleveland, OH)

I have periodic gout attacks. When I feel one coming on, I take Ibuprofen and Baking Soda. I have experimented with Ibuprofen alone. But I then found when taken in combination with Baking Soda, the mixture of Ibuprofen and Baking Soda gives me relief. I then continue the Baking Soda for about 3 days. One glass with about a half-teaspoon--twice daily.
